Vaskuna is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent any condition, and nothing in it is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting new exercise.
Exercise carries risk
Any exercise carries some risk, and that risk is higher if you have not been active recently or have a heart condition. Vaskuna asks a short safety questionnaire before you start and will refer you to your doctor if your answers suggest you should speak to them first. That questionnaire is not a medical examination and cannot replace one.
Stop exercising and seek medical help if you notice chest pain or tightness, severe breathlessness, dizziness or feeling faint, or a racing or fluttering heartbeat.
You take part at your own risk, and you are responsible for deciding, with your doctor where appropriate, whether a movement is suitable for you. If something hurts, use the swap button or stop.
Your subscription
Your first seven days are free. That week is given by the app itself. No payment details and no account are needed to use it. After it ends, continued access requires a subscription:
- 12 months: $79.99 a year
- 1 month: $12.99 a month
Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase, and there is no further free period once you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings.

Everything Vaskuna knows about you is stored on your device. See the privacy policy.
The content
The movements, illustrations and text in Vaskuna are ours. You may use them for your own exercise, but not republish or redistribute them.
Liability
Vaskuna is provided as it is, without warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury or loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
